The PRF-914 Miniture E14 Probe Set accurately measure surface resistance of small areas up to 2.0x10E14 ohms. It consists of a PRF-914 Concentric Resistance Fixture , dual shielded cables equipped with SMA and BNC connectors, and a BNC to male banana instrument adapter . The optional PRV-913 Verification Fixture is designed to confirm the proper operation of the PRF-912 and high resistance PRF-914 Miniture Probe Sets.
