Prostat PRF -911 Concentric Ring Set
Design originally for flat (Planar) Packing materials , this unique portable test fixture will measure surface resistance and volume resistivity of virtually any flat material in accordance with current industry specification . The PRFD-911 Concentric Ring is low - profile test fixture conceived specifically for use with the PROSTAT PRS-801 resistance surface measure per ESD S11.11-1993 , and volume resistance per ESD S11.12 and vollume resistivity per ASTM D-257
Its compact size allows the fixture to be inserted into small flexible containers, such as an ESD protective bag, without having to cut the package
The PRF-914 Miniture E14 Probe Set accurately measure surface resistance of small areas up to 2.0x10E14 ohms. It consists of a PRF-914 Concentric Resistance Fixture , dual shielded cables equipped with SMA and BNC connectors, and a BNC to male banana instrument adapter . The optional PRV-913 Verification Fixture is designed to confirm the proper operation of the PRF-912 and high resistance PRF-914 Miniture Probe Sets.
